1. Local-first app data১. Local-first অ্যাপ ডাটা

Most personal records you enter in Super App BD are designed to be stored locally on your device. Depending on the features you use, these records may include reminders, notes, to-do items, schedules, expense and planning records, Dena-Paona records, important numbers, login information, documents, health and medicine reminders, special days, and other information you choose to save.

Super App BD-তে আপনি যে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করেন তার অধিকাংশই আপনার ডিভাইসে লোকালি রাখার জন্য ডিজাইন করা। ব্যবহৃত ফিচার অনুযায়ী এতে রিমাইন্ডার, নোট, টু-ডু, শিডিউল, খরচ ও পরিকল্পনার রেকর্ড, দেনা-পাওনা, গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নম্বর, লগইন তথ্য, ডকুমেন্ট, স্বাস্থ্য ও ওষুধের রিমাইন্ডার, বিশেষ দিন এবং আপনার সংরক্ষিত অন্যান্য তথ্য থাকতে পারে।

2. Optional Google Drive backup and Google Sign-In২. ঐচ্ছিক Google Drive backup ও Google Sign-In

Supported parts of the app may allow you to back up and restore data using your own Google Drive. Google Sign-In is used only when you choose a feature that requires Google Drive access. Data you choose to back up is transmitted to and stored in your Google Drive under your Google Account and is subject to Google's terms and privacy practices. Super App BD does not create or manage a separate cloud account for you.

অ্যাপের সমর্থিত অংশে নিজের Google Drive ব্যবহার করে backup ও restore করা যেতে পারে। Google Drive প্রয়োজন এমন ফিচার আপনি বেছে নিলে Google Sign-In ব্যবহৃত হয়। আপনি backup করার জন্য যে তথ্য বেছে নেন তা আপনার Google Account-এর Google Drive-এ পাঠানো ও সংরক্ষিত হয় এবং Google-এর শর্ত ও গোপনীয়তা নীতির আওতায় থাকে। Super App BD আপনার জন্য আলাদা cloud account তৈরি বা পরিচালনা করে না।

3. Advertising and analytics-related data৩. বিজ্ঞাপন ও analytics-সম্পর্কিত ডাটা

Super App BD uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process technical information such as IP address (which can be used to infer approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostics/performance information. This information may be used for advertising or marketing, analytics, ad measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance, subject to Google's policies and applicable consent requirements.

Super App BD-তে Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) ব্যবহৃত হয়। Google Mobile Ads SDK স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে IP address (যা থেকে আনুমানিক অবস্থান অনুমান করা যেতে পারে), device বা advertising identifier, app interaction এবং diagnostics/performance তথ্য সংগ্রহ বা প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারে। Google-এর নীতি ও প্রযোজ্য consent requirement অনুযায়ী এসব তথ্য advertising/marketing, analytics, ad measurement, fraud prevention, security এবং compliance-এর জন্য ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে।

4. Firebase and app integrity৪. Firebase ও app integrity

The app uses Firebase Core and Firebase App Check to support app configuration and integrity/security checks. These services may process technical information such as app or device integrity signals, tokens, user-agent information, and related diagnostics necessary to provide the service.

অ্যাপ configuration ও integrity/security check-এর জন্য Firebase Core এবং Firebase App Check ব্যবহার করা হয়। এই সেবাগুলো প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী app/device integrity signal, token, user-agent তথ্য এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট technical diagnostics প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারে।

5. Camera, photos, files and documents৫. ক্যামেরা, ছবি, ফাইল ও ডকুমেন্ট

When you choose features such as document capture, file selection, camera scanning, QR scanning or similar tools, the app may request access required for that action. Super App BD does not operate a general-purpose server that automatically uploads these files. Files remain under your control unless you explicitly use a feature such as Google Drive backup or another user-initiated sharing action.

6. Health and financial information৬. স্বাস্থ্য ও আর্থিক তথ্য

Health reminders and personal financial records are intended for personal organization. They are not medical, banking, lending, investment, insurance or money-transfer services. These records are primarily stored locally; if you choose a supported backup function, the selected data may be included in your own Google Drive backup.

Health reminder ও ব্যক্তিগত আর্থিক রেকর্ড কেবল ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবস্থাপনার জন্য। এগুলো চিকিৎসা, ব্যাংকিং, ঋণ, বিনিয়োগ, বীমা বা money-transfer সেবা নয়। এসব তথ্য মূলত লোকাল ডিভাইসে থাকে; সমর্থিত backup ফিচার ব্যবহার করলে নির্বাচিত তথ্য আপনার নিজস্ব Google Drive backup-এ অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে।

7. Notifications, PIN and biometrics৭. নোটিফিকেশন, PIN ও বায়োমেট্রিক

The app may schedule local notifications when you enable reminders. Optional PIN protection is handled within the app. Biometric authentication uses biometric credentials already configured on your device through the operating system; Super App BD does not receive or store your fingerprint or face template.

আপনি reminder চালু করলে অ্যাপ local notification schedule করতে পারে। ঐচ্ছিক PIN protection অ্যাপের মধ্যে পরিচালিত হয়। Biometric authentication আপনার ডিভাইসে আগে থেকে সেট করা biometric credential operating system-এর মাধ্যমে ব্যবহার করে; Super App BD আপনার fingerprint বা face template গ্রহণ বা সংরক্ষণ করে না।

8. Online content and network requests৮. অনলাইন কনটেন্ট ও নেটওয়ার্ক রিকোয়েস্ট

Features that retrieve online information, including the news feature and other internet-based utilities, make network requests to external services. As with normal internet traffic, those services may receive technical connection information such as your IP address and browser/app request details according to their own privacy practices.

News feature ও অন্যান্য internet-based utility অনলাইন তথ্য আনতে external service-এ network request পাঠায়। সাধারণ internet traffic-এর মতো এসব service তাদের নিজস্ব privacy practice অনুযায়ী IP address এবং browser/app request-এর technical তথ্য পেতে পারে।

9. Data sharing৯. ডাটা শেয়ারিং

Super App BD does not sell your personal records. Information may be processed by third-party services only where needed for features you use, such as Google Drive, Google Mobile Ads, Firebase/App Check, or external content providers. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect users, rights, security or legal compliance.

Super App BD আপনার ব্যক্তিগত রেকর্ড বিক্রি করে না। আপনি যে ফিচার ব্যবহার করেন তার প্রয়োজনে Google Drive, Google Mobile Ads, Firebase/App Check বা external content provider-এর মতো third-party service তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করতে পারে। আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা, ব্যবহারকারীর নিরাপত্তা, অধিকার বা compliance রক্ষার প্রয়োজনেও তথ্য প্রকাশ করা হতে পারে।

10. Retention and deletion১০. সংরক্ষণ ও মুছে ফেলা

Local app records remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app, subject to the behavior of your device backup system. Data stored in your Google Drive remains there until you delete it or manage it through your Google Account. Third-party service providers may retain technical data according to their own policies and legal obligations.

লোকাল অ্যাপ রেকর্ড আপনি delete করা, app data clear করা বা app uninstall করা পর্যন্ত ডিভাইসে থাকতে পারে—ডিভাইস backup system-এর আচরণ সাপেক্ষে। Google Drive-এ রাখা তথ্য আপনি Google Account থেকে delete বা manage না করা পর্যন্ত থাকতে পারে। Third-party service provider তাদের নিজস্ব policy ও আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা অনুযায়ী technical data সংরক্ষণ করতে পারে।

11. Security১১. নিরাপত্তা

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the app's design, including local-first storage, secure storage where appropriate, optional PIN/biometric protection and encrypted network connections for supported online services. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

অ্যাপের ডিজাইনের উপযোগী reasonable safeguard ব্যবহার করা হয়—যেমন local-first storage, প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী secure storage, ঐচ্ছিক PIN/biometric protection এবং সমর্থিত online service-এর জন্য encrypted network connection। কোনো storage বা transmission পদ্ধতিই শতভাগ ঝুঁকিমুক্ত বলে নিশ্চয়তা দেওয়া যায় না।

12. Children১২. শিশু

Super App BD is not specifically designed or marketed for children under 13. Parents or guardians should supervise use by minors where required by local law.

Super App BD বিশেষভাবে ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশুদের জন্য তৈরি বা বাজারজাত করা হয়নি। স্থানীয় আইন অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজন হলে অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের ব্যবহার অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে হওয়া উচিত।

13. Changes to this policy১৩. এই নীতির পরিবর্তন

We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, legal requirements or third-party services change. The effective date shown above will be updated when material changes are published.

অ্যাপের ফিচার, আইনগত requirement বা third-party service পরিবর্তিত হলে এই Privacy Policy আপডেট করা হতে পারে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তন প্রকাশ হলে উপরের কার্যকর তারিখ আপডেট করা হবে।
